It is an exercise in accountability. A building does not care about presentations or intentions. It either works or it does not.

My work at Assuras has centered on understanding why organizations struggle to achieve what they intend—and designing practical approaches to help them operate more effectively.

That experience fundamentally shaped the way I think about leadership: strategy has little value without execution.

My own experience with the criminal justice system fundamentally changed my understanding of incarceration, constitutional rights, rehabilitation, and the enormous distance that can exist between a person’s worst decisions and who that person may eventually become.

I founded A Voice From Prison to advocate for criminal justice reform, constitutional rights, and the humanity of people whose voices are too easily forgotten.

Staging Company

The experience of a considered space.

I co-founded Design and Staging Company with Analleli Holguin. The studio works across home staging, furnishing, and interior design in Dallas–Fort Worth.

My focus is business strategy, operations, and market positioning: the organization behind a clear, well-managed client experience.

The work connects an eye for interiors with the practical demands of bringing a property to market or making a residence feel complete.

Atlas Foundry

Understanding the business. Engineering what comes next.

I am the principal investor in Atlas Foundry, a company that brings together business architecture, systems engineering, artificial intelligence, and software development. Its work begins with how an organization operates: its processes, information, decisions, and constraints.

That understanding informs the systems and software it builds, from connected workflows to practical applications of AI.
